Academy for Innovation programmes are designed to support strategic and high impact development.  Our design DNA is to address key issues such as identity, inquiry, intervention, insight and impact in a holistic way.

Our model is informed by our own research on complex change, emotional and political aspects of leadership, learning and motivation.

Our generative processes take account of real people in real places, addressing important professional challenges and dilemmas.  We start with who you are, where you are, what you care about, where you’re coming from and where you're going to.  We facilitate the learning journey.

Academy for Innovation facilitates events, co-design interventions, courses or coaching drawing on our generative methods, coupled with transerable tools to enhance impact.
