Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Part A: About our Programmes
Our programmes are delivered online or at our Training Centre in London. We can also deliver training and bespoke packages in your workplace as required (see “In-House Programmes” below).
London Training Suite Programmes
See our online Diary for all our London based Training and Programmes.
Once your registration has been confirmed, you will be emailed the joining instructions. Where training is offered face-to face at our London office, a map and travel details will be included in your joining email.
All our consultants are trained facilitators with a track record of success at senior level.
Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of full payment PRIOR to the event. You can choose from a number of payment methods that suit you best. We are happy to prepare invoices for schools, so you can pay by post using a cheque or on the phone using a credit card. Cheques should be made payable to Interface Space Ltd. All bookings will be confirmed by email within two days of receipt of your payment in full.
Most of our existing workshops can be delivered in your own workplace. This model of learning is requested by many schools and colleges as it provides a high quality and value-for-money staff development experience.
By running workshops internally, the entire programme is tailored to meet your specific needs. Staff can share ideas and design development and implementation plans that are owned by them to deliver impact.
On-site delivery of training is a cost-effective way of building internal capacity in a way that meets your specific needs and that is supported by online follow-up. In combination, this model saves delegate travel-time, costs and convenience.
In-House Cost quotations
We can design and develop material to meet your specific needs, aims or objectives. Please contact us with details of your requirements for a cost quotation. Costs include delegate handout packs, attendance registers, delegate feedback (capture, analysis and summary), reasonable travel costs, and where necessary, overnight accommodation for a facilitator.
In-House Training Indicative Costs
The costs below are typical for delivery of an existing one-day workshop on your premises with no significant change in emphasis or content.
Fees are based on a flat-rate price plus a cost per delegate rate. To calculate the likely cost of an event multiply delegate rate by the number of participants and add the base price.
The base price is typically £1500 + VAT This includes the cost of the facilitator, travel costs and costs of pre-event preparation.
The delegate rate is varies from £50 - £100 + VAT per person, depending on numbers. This covers pre-event preparation and post-event feedback, and delegate pack printing.
Discounts are available for consecutive dates, multiple events or longer-term programmes. Where significant travel time costs are involved or you request us to design a programme to meet your specific needs or interests, additional costs are likely to apply. Please contact us with details of your requirements for a cost quotation, as we can offer large discounts based on numbers participating in a workshop or other variables.
Please contact us on +44 0207 021 0773 to discuss packages and special offers.
We ask client to supply;
- Room suitable for workshop and any breakout areas
- Suitable projector and screen
All workshops are interactive participative learning experiences. The recommended number of delegates for most workshops is 15 - 25. We can design events for 10 people or less and conferences for numbers in excess of 100. Tell us your requirements and we will design an event so you get the training you need.
