Prof Rosie Raffety
Interface Academy Founder
Rosie is the founding CEO of the Academy for Innovation, whose programmes and consultancy services are characterized by the twin methodologies of design for impact and generative inquiry.
In 2005, Rosie set up a London based educational consultancy, Adaptive Strategies, specializing in large-scale change management. In that role, she was commissioned to work on the biggest educational change programme in Europe at the time, taking responsibility for delivery of the National Agreement, workforce reform and extended services policy across the South East of England, Yorkshire and the London region. She has lead Communities for Learning National Project on behalf of the Innovation Unit and played a key role in the Paul Hamlyn funded Learning Futures Project. In 2010, she lead the strategic review of the £16 million Lottery funded Food for Life programme.
She is currently:

> Trustee of Centre of Literacy in Primary Education (CLPE)
> Member of Company of Educator’s Education Committee
> Patron of Cluster 3 London Schools, now Inspire 10
> Founding member of Education Futures Collaboration, a global network of universities supporting teacher research
> Member of the English Speaking Union
