This course is a must if you want to know how to design CPD support that is strategic and impacts practice. It will equip you with the skills and strategies to address key performance issues whilst building capacities across the school in self-review and creative problem solving.

You will be supported in reviewing your own context and improvement priorities, including strategies for professional development are aligned to need and add-value to performance.
